The PDU is running well, and all of the operators are bored.  We are well on our way to being caught up on our timeline.  Results are good.

Please pass on my appreciation to your organization for a “job well done” on our Pilot plant.  The quality of your work, and more importantly your people, have made believers out of a lot of people here.
