It has indeed been a great pleasure to work with you folks on this project for a number of reasons.  The primary reason is that you delivered your commitments.  As you could probably tell from the beginning, that was a major concern for me.  So many folks I deal with do not come through and it is really refreshing to have such a good experience.  Beyond that, you were always responsive, courteous, and just an absolute pleasure to work with.  The quality of the end product is another reason that I am so happy. Having the unit arrive at the site was like showing off a new car, and I was so proud of it.  Many folks who have seen it have commented about the quality of design and workmanship.
