The operating companies of Zeton International Inc. have been offering their services to customers since the mid-80's.  From the early days, we have steadily grown to a group of approximately 100 employees, of which approximately 80% are engineers and technicians.

Drawing on our experience from completing many hundreds of projects from catalyst evaluation micro reactor units to 100 kg/hr small scale commercial plants, Zeton can offer the following services to its customers.

  • Development and costing of Conceptual or Basic designs of pilot plants for new or existing processes
  • Development of Control System Strategies for pilot plants and semi-works scale plants, either as stand-alone or in a network environment 
  • Feasibility studies related to pilot plant projects
  • Value engineering of existing or new designs
  • Project Management
  • Detailed engineering of pilot, and modular small scale commercial or semi-works plants including:

    • - Process and project engineering
    - Equipment design and engineering
    - Instrument and Electrical Engineering
    - Mechanical Engineering
    - Control system development and configuration
As an important service and a major advantage over traditional approaches, Zeton is uniquely outfitted with two modern high bay construction workshops in both Europe and North America for:
  • Modular assembly of the complete pilot plant or semi-works scale project close to the major process development centers of the world
  • Followed by functional testing at our factory, and 
  • Training of the customer’s operators before delivery of the project
Finally, our project offerings typically include:
  • Transport and re-assembly at the customer’s site
  • Site functional testing, and
  • Support during start-up and commissioning if required
