In recent times, alternatives to crude oil based fuels have drawn attention in many areas of the world.  Fischer-Tropsch technology (FT) was originally developed in the 1930's, but more recently, as a result of developments in the world oil market including stringent legislation on sulphur emissions, this technology has again become of increasing interest.  Zeton is very active in this field and is involved with technology developers in state-of-the-art projects in the area of Gas-to-Liquids (GTL), Autothermal reforming, fuel cells and projects related to renewable energy sources, such as biomass conversion technologies, and biodiesel production plants.

Selected examples include:
1000 Barrel per day Biodiesel production plant.

Commercial scale biomass to bio-oil process plant.

One barrel a day Fischer-Tropsch product upgrader.
Multi-barrel a day Fischer-Tropsch product upgrader.
Dual reactor high throughput Fischer-Tropsch pilot plant.

Gas to methanol pilot plant.
Autothermal reformer test stand for
fuel cell development.
Autothermal reformer unit.

Coal gasification liquor filtration pilot plant.
15 tons per day bio-energy demonstration plant.
