Over the past fifteen years, Zeton has gradually developed into a leading specialist in the design and construction of state of the art pilot plant and demonstration scale polymerization plants.

From polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC to acrylic co-polymers, polyurethane, polycarbonate and ethylene-styrene interpolymers, we have tested and scaled up processes employing slurry, solution, emulsion, plug flow and gas phase reaction technologies in batch or continuous reactors ranging from 0.1L to those producing 100 kg/hr.
